Looking for reliable, ongoing support for your student or family? Our monthly membership gives you priority access to the MyCrimsonMom team, providing consistent guidance and thoughtful recommendations throughout the month.

What’s Included:

• One-month access to our dedicated support team
• Unlimited recommendations and personalized guidance
• Access to exclusive service options
• Monthly check-ins
• Monthly get togethers to connect with other students

Additional Services:

• Additional services/requests are available for $30
• Services beyond a half hour will be billed at $65/hour for annual members  and $75/hour for semester or monthly members.
• Examples of Services- Target/Grocery Runs, Mail/Package Delivery, Assistance with Move in/out. 

Important Details:

• Standard response hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM CT
• Please allow up to 36 hours for standard service requests
• Services beyond 30 minutes are billed hourly
• Expedited requests (less than 36 hours notice) incur a $25 rush fee
• Ride services may be available depending on the request and availability

Please note:  Subscribed Memberships automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
