Please note: Some service packages are available at an additional cost. Subscribed Memberships automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

Important Details:

• Standard response hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM CT
• Please allow up to 36 hours for standard service requests
• Custom requests start at $30
• Services beyond 30 minutes are billed hourly
• Expedited requests (less than 36 hours notice) incur a $25 rush fee
• Additional services (e.g., packing, errands, setup) are billed at $65/hour for annual members and $75/hour for monthly members
• Ride services may be available depending on the request and availability.
